AGW’s first health clinic in Katonda was launched in December 2010. Since the opening, the clinic has treated more than 20,000 patients and continues to see more than a hundred patients on a daily basis.
AGW’s goal is not only to provide healthcare for 100,000 people in Northern Idjwi, where our first clinic is based, but also to extend to the 150,000 people in Southern Idjwi.
Meet Clay Baxter, Ellen Marlow, Zach Sang, Cassidy Reiff and Linda Sebisaho! Our volunteer heroes make Amani Global Works what we are. It’s because of their efforts that there is progress.
